Every trip I design starts with a conversation and ends with someone who has your back, from the first inquiry to the last day of your trip.

The AWK Travel Planning Process

  • Complete the inquiry form. I review every submission personally. I don't accept inquiries via social media or text, so the form ensures nothing gets missed.

  • Once I receive your form I'll reach out to schedule your complimentary discovery call. We'll talk through your destination, travel style, and goals, and I'll walk you through which service fits your trip.

  • I combine what I learn on your call with my destination knowledge and supplier relationships to build a proposal designed around your trip. Your feedback during this phase shapes everything.

  • Once you approve your proposal you'll be invoiced for the booking amount. I make payments directly to suppliers on your behalf. Full payment is due at booking unless deposits apply.

  • Your itinerary is confirmed, your documents are ready, and I'm available if anything changes. A Bon Voyage Call before departure makes sure you leave home fully prepared.
